Order Processing:

OohGirl.com is closed on weekends and major holidays. As a small business, it may take up to 3 business days to process your order, although we strive to process orders sooner. Please note that all orders received after 3 PM ET on Friday, as well as those placed on Saturday and Sunday, will begin processing the following Monday.

Domestic Shipping Policies:

We currently offer $3 standard shipping on all orders (excluding taxes and any applied discounts).

• Shipping Options: For standard shipping, your order should arrive within 3 to 7 business days after order processing. For expedited shipping, your order should arrive within 3 days after order processing. Please note the above delivery times depend on the time of year, delivery location, and any restrictions at the destination. High volumes of orders may delay shipping times.​​​​

• Shipping Limitations: We currently do not ship outside the United States or to military addresses/bases. However, we plan to do so in the future. So, stay tuned.

• Shipping Delays: Please note that nationwide and global events, such as holiday periods or inclement weather, may impact the estimated delivery date of your order. Also note that high volumes of orders may delay shipping times.

Shipping Confirmation:

 

Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time of order. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the tracking portal. OohGirl.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
